a username and password - Please click on the following link: Consent Form Print the form, then fill it out and bring it with you to the next meeting.
You can turn the form into any board member (or myself - Curt Barnes) and I will set up your access as quickly as possible (Typically, the same night I receive the form).
If you have access to a scanner, you can scan your consent form and your membership card and email them to forum@portlandgoldprospectors.org and I will get you setup right away.
